Scratch to pieces

please help is there anything i can do. i have scratched my head to pieces for two years now none stop. i am becoming bald because i just scratch from morning to night day after day. i have tried everything to stop but i just cannot help myself i love doing it. i think i suffer from ocd is there something i can take to stop before i have no hair left :)

Well, there are two prominent possibilities here, and either or both could be the problem. Some varieties of skin or hair disorder may be causing undue ittiration and ich in your scalp ; and you may indeed have a form of OCD. Both of course are likely to respond well to treatment, but first there must be a proper assessment and a discussion of treatment options.
With OCD, there are medicine that help, and also CBT, a behavioural treatment very useful in stopping such bad habits.
