SCARY NIGHTMARES

iM i9 years old and i started getting nightmares since the night a tokkelosh was " bumping"  on me. i could breath. move and i tried to yell for help but my voice could not be heard. ever since that night i am afraid to go sleep. i woke up in the midnight hours andcouldnt sleep anymore. please help. i dont know what to do. im so afraid

Dreaming is normal - we all do it 3 or 4 times every night, although we only remember very few of the dreams.
