scar tissue-c-sec

hi there,
i would like to know during my 2nd c-sec the doc said i have alot of scar tissue...what does this mean?
and is it possible to have a vba2c?
reason for c-sec was cpd (babys head swollen)? and my new doc refused to even let me try normal for num2.

After any operation, scar tissue can form and this has obviously happened inside your abdomen.
After 2 caesareans, VBAC is very risky and no doctor will undertake this.
