Salt intake

Hi, Doc

I can' t find the conversion of salt to grams / kJ on your calorie content link.

How many gram salt is a teaspoon? (I know salt should be restricted to 2g/day for healty habits)

Thank you

Dear Salt Intake
Salt does of course not contain any energy, thus it does not have a kJ or kcal value which is why it is not listed on the calorie content link. 1 teaspoon of any dry product like salt or sugar weighs 5 g.
