Salary review

Do I have the right to know wether or not my salary has been reviewed. My employment contract states that my salary review will take place in march of every year, and we have had no increase and were give no reasons for why no increases were put in place. Do I have a right to know?

re Salary review

A reviewing does not take place as a right, that is only an interest. If in fact your contract of employment says that you must have a review then you can ask for the input.
