There are, and there should be, no doctors specializing exclusively in such a condition. What you need is any good general psychiatrist, who should be familiar with SAD and its diagnosis and treatment. We can't reccomend specific doctors here, for many really good reasons. Your GP should be able to recommend someone, or perhaps the Depression / Anxiety Support Group.
For those unfamiliar with the term, this abbreviation is not misleading.
What used to be called Social Phobia is now usually called Social Anxiety Disorder, or S.A.D. BUT, there is also a variety of Depression called Seasonal Affective Disorder, where a Depression is especially sensitive to changes of dseason, and tends to come on at a particular season, which was also called S.A.D.

The information provided does not constitute a diagnosis of your condition. You should consult a medical practitioner or other appropriate health care professional for a physical exmanication, diagnosis and formal advice. Health24 and the expert accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or personal harm you may suffer resulting from making use of this content.
