sacroiliac

My wife has been diagnosed with a sacroiliac problem.A specialist gave her a anti inflamatory& despite her telling him that she had a kidney problem- and sent her to a physio.

The anti Inflammotory efffected her kidneys badly so she had to stop that and the physio had no effect at all.

She has a constant pain in her right leg and lower back, what should she do?
