saboteur eie pogings om gewig te verloor

Ek is 35 kg oorgewig. Ek wil bitter graag gewig verloor. Ek begin baie positief met à±  program, doen getrou oefeninge en verloor tot 7 kg. Dan voel ek vreeslik goed, maar dan begin ek myself saboteur! Ek eet nooit groot porsies kos nie, maar lekkergoed (veral sjokelade) trek my soos à±  magneet. Ek sal myself belowe ek gaan geen sjokelade koop nie, maar as ek uitstap het ek gekoop. Ek is baie gelukkig getroud en wil graag ook goed en gesond lyk, maar hoe harder ek probeer om aan te hou met à±  program wat vir my werk, hoe meer hou ek nie daarby nie. Ek het geen ander gesondheidsprobleme nie en rook of drink glad nie. Ek kan nie dink dat daar à±  rede kan wees dat ek myself so ondermyn nie.
