Ek is op ''''n streng diet en eet roosterbrood en ''''n gebakte eier in olyfolie in die oggend, geroer en gekook soms, smidae eet ek slaai met vis (tuna of woolies hake) en saans vleis en groente (soms gebak in olyfolie) - Hoe kry ek my S-HDLC hoer as 1 mmol/l - dit is tans .74 en my S-Chol is 4.1 mmol/l

Dis baie keer maar geneties - dis belangriker dat jou "slegte cholesterol" laer as 5 is as om die goeie cholesterol hoër te probeer kry. Jou dieet lyk vir my goed gebalanseerd, sit net 3 vrugte by (appels of pere bevat baie vesel, en relatief min suiker) Jy kan dalk Omega 3 aanvullings ook neem.
