Rychol

Dear doctor

I''ve been for a Discovery Vitality check today. My cholesterol level is 5.2. I''m 43 yoa. I take 4 1000mg salmon oil tablets and one multivit (Spectrum) per day and eat healthy foods daily. No other medication or supplements. My weight is 87 kg and height 1.92 m. Blood pressure: 120/65. My blood sugar is 4.5 and waist circumference 88cm. I exercise once or twice per week. Would you recommend Rychol to lower my cholesterol?

Regards, Eddie

I suggest that you consult a dietician for advice on lowering your cholesterol levels. A total cholesterol count is not a good indicator and you should consult a doctor for a fasting lipid profile.
