runs

This has happened to me in a previous year- I get food poisoning somewhere, and then for months afterwards whenever I have a big meal or eat more than a small portion of any one type of food, I get the runs again, and my insides are on fire. No nausea, no vomiting. Is there permanent damage?

Dear Runs
If this happens you should have the stool tested , sometimes this is caused by a parasite that need very specific medication.
