Running long distance...early pregnancy

Hi! I would like to know whether running long distance can affect me somehow, I am 10 wks. I ran a long distance last week, but it was an emergency. How will my little one be affected by this? I did not feel anything complicated afterwards, it was jst painful legs muscles.

A one off run should not be a problem, but see that you do not push your pulse up too high for too long with exercise.

I' m 14 weeks pregnant but i never run since i conceived i don' t feel comfortable running through my pregnancy
