Dear Choco
It is excellent that you are running 5 times a day for 30 min, as this stimulates your metabolism and should help with the weightloss. You can increase how fast you run as you get fitter and more mobile. It is a good idea to run in the evenings in summer to avoid the extreme heat. If you are allergic to wheat then it is a good idea to cut out bread, but cutting out low-GI bread when slimming is not otherwise necessary. Rather make sure that you don't add high-energy, fatty spreads and fillings to your bread.
Good luck with the weightloss
