Rt. atrium mild dilated

I underwent Lipid profile test &  Eco test. Results are as below:

Triglycerides - 162
HDL - 25
LDL - 122
Chol / HDL - 7.6
LDL / HDL - 4.9

Echo result is everything normal except Right Atrium - Mild dilated.
Is that serious?

My age is 45 yrs, Wt.72kgs, Ht.5''7"

It will be advisable to consult a dietrician for a diet to lower your cholesterol levels, especially the triglycerides. Your doctor can prescribe a product to lower your cholesterol levels. Elevated triclycerides and cholesterol is a major risk factor for heart disease.
