Rou oats?

Kan ek my oats pap (nie die kits soort nie) rou eet, met yoghurt, of is dit beter om dit gaar te maak?

Rou hawermout is die basiese bestanddeel van muesli soos baie jare terug deur Dr Bircher in Switserland ontdek. Die oorspronklike resep vir sg. "Bircher Muesli" was rou hawermout, met 'n vars gerasperde appel, 'n handvol gekapte neute en volroom melk of jogurt. Dit is dus 'n lekker en gesonde manier om jou dag te begin.
