rou eier

Ek geniet dit om vir my ' n energie drankie te maak wat bestaan uit, 2 rou eiers, ' n halwe glasie melk en een vanilla-canderel geklits. Nou wil ek weet, hoe veilig is dit om dit te dink en hoe gereeld kan ek dit drink a.g.v. die rou eier?

Daar is 3 faktore wat 'n rol speel by die eet van rou eiers: 1) Die cholesterolwaarde - volgens die SA Hartstigting behoort volwasse Suid-Afrikaners nie meer as 4 eiers per week te eet nie - hetsy gaar of rou; 2) Potensiële Salmonella besmetting - rou eiers kan met hierdie mikroörganisme besmet wees wat erge diarree en braking kan veroorsaak. 3) 'n Sogenaamde "anti-nutriënt faktor" wat in rou eierwit voorkom, kan jou vitamien B1 of tiamienvlakke in die liggaam verlaag, veral as jy baie rou eierwit inneem. Weens hierdie faktore sal ek voorstel dat jy net af en toe jou rou eier drankie nuttig.
