Hallo Shelley
Is your son with a doctor that specializes in ADHD? If not let me know where you live and I can maybe refer you to someone in your area. There is also a support group in SA

Flaxseed is high in omega 3 oils which is important for kids with ADHD. The recommended daily allowance is around 500 mg so the dose that he is getting at the moment may be a bit high.
