RIGHT TO PRIVACY - EMAIL

IS MY EMPLOYER ENTITLED TO LOG ON TO MY COMPUTER AND CHECK MY E-MAILS TO SEE WHICH PERSONAL MAILS HAVE BEEN SENT/RECEIVED, ALTHOUGH NOT WORK RELATED, DO I HAVE ANY RIGHTS WITH REGARDS TO PRIVACY IN THIS INSTANCE. IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION THAT OUR EMPLOYER HAS BEEN LOGGING ONTO SOME OF THE STAFF' S COMPUTERS AND ACCESSING THEIR E-MAILS TO CHECK UP ON THEM.
