Rice

Newser reports today that USA rice contains unacceptable high levels of arsenic. How safe is ours?

I have as yet not seen any figures regarding toxic compounds such as arsenic for rice grown or sold in SA. You could contact the companies that sell rice in SA (check their contact details on the various packets) and ask if they have toxicology results for their products. Most larger companies keep accurate records of such analyses.
