RE:Salaries

We are Graduates, this company employed us as in-service training students so now we discovered that the Graduates that were awarded bursaries by this company for their studies are paid DOUBLE our salaries and we are paid what people who are doing actual in-service training (so they can complete their degrees) are paid.is it fair?if not what can we do?
