The answer would be - probably not. Psychological therapy like CBT ( Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy / counselling ) would be far more likely to help. Nuzak and related drugs don't help these specific symptoms themselves, and can in themselves encourage weight-gain. You seem to be taking about problem behaviours, where therapy dealing with those behaviours would most likely help. Nuzak & co are useful in treating specific and properlym diagnosed depression, and some anxiety disorders, and relieving their symptoms. But a proper assessment and diagnosis is needed before any therapy can be properly chosen
