Dear Clare

It appears that there are no obvious reasons for your difficulty in falling pregnant from what you have described. This in it’s self is a good thing which means that with time you should be able to conceive. However you may benefit from artificial/ intrauterine insemination with Clomid. I would suggest that you try that a few times and you may succeed in achieving a pregnancy. If however after a few cycles you still do not conceive then in-vitro fertilization would be your next step.
