Red eyes

My husband has got red eyes and can be quite scary...he says they are caused by exposure to the sun. I dont know if thats true because every morning when he wakes up they are worse.
Is there a way of correcting this? He has no eye problems at all, he can see quite clearly and does not complain about any pain.

Dear DooDoo
Red eyes can be caused by underlying allergies or irritation or dry eyes. You could try something like Spersallerg drops but if it doesn't help let your doctor have a look.
