recovery fitness

Hi
i have recently joined the hockey from a 3year break ,since last i played tennis (provincial colours). i was wondering what kind of vitamins should i be focusing on to be fitter?

Hi there

There are no vitamins that make us fitter, unfortunately! Only training and hard work! Obviously, your diet needs to be good and provide all the energy and nutrietns you need, and if you are serious about your sport, then you should look at seeing a dietician about this, or at least make sure you're eating enough, and good foods, in order to support your training.

But the actual fitness and performance comes from work in, and the diet supports it. A supplement, maybe, but it's far more important to take care of energy requirements, and that means diet!
