Thanks for the reply , just to clarify one thing Tastic actually has a apple type sign on the packet that says its low GI , I dont have the tables etc can i trust these lables???

The low-GI sign on food labels is trustworthy, and as I said yesterday, cooked long grained white Tastic rice has a low GI, which according to the tables is 50.
