RE: Suiker

Hi dokter

Ek gebruik 1 teelepel suiker oor my pap en ek drink omtrent 4 koppies koffie per dag met 1 teelepel, soms 2, suiker. Of as ek tee drink, drink ek dit swart met 2 teelepels suiker.

So, +- gebruik ek 6 teelepels suiker per dag. Is dit te veel?

Dit is dus nie oormatig nie. Indien jou suikerinname egter jou daaglikse energie-inname sodanig opstoot dat dit jou daaglikse behoefte oorskry, dan sal dit wel bydra tot gewigstoename.
