Hi Doc
Referring post 24, I went to a GP and he send me to do an x-ray.
Please see the x-ray report.

The x-ray report Cervical Spine -
There is a disc space narrowing noted at the level of C5/C6 with anterior and posterior spur formation.
There is impingement of the neural exit foraminae bilaterally at C5/C6.
Facet joint arthropathy is noted at this level.
A formal MR imaging is suggested for further evaluation.

X-ray report Thoracic Spine -
The spinal curvature is normal. The bones are of normal density.
Vertebral bodies and its appendages are normal.
The disc spaces are not narrowed.
Paraspinal lines are not displaced.
No paravertebral mass seen.

Conclusion -
No bony or disc lesion seen.

Your neck is obviously giving you more trouble. Much depends upon the severity of your symptoms. I would advise conservative care at first - visit a chiropractor. If symptoms are not resolved within 4 to 6 treatments I would recommend you be refered to a Neurosurgeon for further evaluation.
