Dear Anon,

There are two possibilities based on what you described. The first being premature ejaculation, meaning a man not being able to hold back his orgasm long enough to his own and his partner's satisfaction. This is also the most common sexual difficulty experienced by men. Secondly it could be a form of erectile dysfuntion. Erectile dysfunction is defined as either or difficulties with getting and/or keeping an erection firm enough for penetrative sex.

You did not give enough information to assess more. You could benefit by consulting a sex therapist, or a prfessional (doctor, social worker, psychologist who also specialises in sexual issues) for a more indepth assessment and possible treatment options.

The information provided does not constitute a diagnosis of your condition. You should consult a medical practitioner or other appropriate health care professional for a physical exmanication, diagnosis and formal advice.
