Re cramping

Dont think its water i drink more then 2 litres a day maybe i drink too much, i do however do legs training on circuit and combine with the cardio maybe bit much and should do one day of just abs and upper body.

Yes, it sounds like the intensity is too high – best you split the trainings, alternatively you could increase your carb intake during and immediately after the training.
