Rays heal

Hi

I would like to find out if it is true that the sun improves your skin, helps clear up skin problems because it has an anti inflammatory effect on the skin, though it has been shown to cause skin cancer?

hi

yes the sun improves your skin. the problem is not to expose your skin at the time of day when the rays are harmful to the body. Generally we do not expose our skin to the sun and when on holiday we over do this, this causes problems with the skin there. Only 20 minutes a day is needed. There are other things you can do for inflammation like fish oil as well.
