Hallo Nox
She may have a dermatitis due to the dry skin. Avoid soap and wash her only with Elizabeth Anne baby shampoo or UEA as a soap. Then moisturize well with UEA - three times a day if possible. If it does not improve, you may need to see your doctor as sometimes a weak cortisone cream may be needed but you will need a prescription for it.
