Raad om gewig te verloor - vervolg

Jammer Doc, ek het vergeet om te vra. Ek hou daarvan om soms vir my groentesop te maak aangesien ek nie altyd voldoende groente inname het nie en sodat ek dit kan eet wanneer ek lus is vir peusel. Ek gebruik wortels, uie, tamaties en greenpepper. Ek maak die sop met water en ' n hoenderblokkie.

Hoeveel daarvan sou u sê  kan ek daagliks eet sonder dat dit my KJ inname baie verhoog?

Jy hoef jou nie oor hierdie soort sop te bekommer nie, want dit bevat baie min kJ. Eet gerus 'n groot bord vol saam met rogbrood of lae-GI brood (indien verkrygbaar) en 1 t sagte margarien vir 'n versadigende en lae-energie maaltyd.
