Question about egg

I read just now the importance of egg as a source of vitamin. And probably a year before my doc adviced me not to consume much egg particularly after the age of 35 for it will expose as for various cholestrol related diseaes. what would you say?

Eating 2-4 eggs per week is probably still ok. Try making an omelette or boiling/poaching instead of frying in unsaturated fats.
