question

My brother died from pancreatic cancer and it was diagnosed at a very late stage. After reading about it I became scared that sometimes after eating I get the upper abdominal pain that moves to my back part. Do I have to go for examination and where?

I suggest that you consult a gastrointestinal or general surgeon for an examination. It is possible that you are only suffering from reflux gastritis, which is treated easily. Your symptoms are most likely not due to pancreatic cancer.
