Pyridoxine

Dear Doc

The pharmacist has advised me to drink pyridoxine tablets to stop my milk for the purpose of stopping breastfeeding. Is this the best option, or should I take somthing else?

Are there any negative side effects?

Many thanks

This is a good option and has no side effects as it is a vitamin.

Best wishes
