Pulse in womb

Dear Gynae Doc

I am 8 weeks pregnant and today noticed a sort of a noticable pulse or ticking coming from the lower right side of my womb. What could it be? Is there anything to worry about? My gynae is away and my next appointment is 2 weeks away.

It is probably the big blood vessel in your abdomen that you are aware of. this is normal.
