PSORIASIS

I have psoriasis, what is the best treatment apart from cortizone?

Depends where you have it and how bad - you can use Dovonex/steroids/coaltar topically, but if it is bad, one may need to add oral immunosuppressives, Psoralen and UVB radiation treatment. Best would be to see a dermatologist to manage your psoriasis for you.
