I don't think that this snack bar is such a good idea f you are trying to lose weight. A 100g bar which would contain 1550 kJ, which would represent about 24,6% of your daily energy intake if you are slimming. How much does the actual bar weigh? if it only weighs 50g then eating a whole bar would still provide you with 12,3% of your daily energy intake which is high for a snack. The bar also contain 14.8% fat which disqualifies it as a slimming food. Rather use fat-free yoghurt or cottage cheese for a protein-rich, low-fat snack and nibble on carrot and celery sticks, baby tomatoes, cucumber wedges, berry fruits, etc.
