My kollega steek my die hele tyd in die rug. My man is baie bekommerd oor my en sê  ek moet die dokter vra om my af te boek. Help asseblief!

Hi Stella,
Sounds like a toxic colleague - but surely your bos and everyone else in the office can see what a nasty person this is ? Don't give this person the power to make you so miserable ! They can't affect you this badly unless you take them seriously enough to enable them to do so.
And if thre people have previously suffered from her ugliness, surely the manager, if not a total idiot, must be aware of this ? I wonder whether she is getting increassingly bitter that other people get placed in your position, but she is not ?
Discuss this with your manager and any HR person or dept, as they have a responsibility to notice and recognize such malinant office situations, and deal properly with the unpleasant person and put a stop to this. Place your complaints in writing, and make it clear that you will take your complaints further ( maybe Dept of Labour or CCMA ? Other readers know more about this than I do ) if the HR does not do they duty properly.
