Dear Sweety

If you having a vaginal itch and irritation as well as passing urine a lot then the possibility of either a vaginal fungal infection or a urinary infection may be present. However this does not necessarily mean that this is contributing to your inability to conceive. If your husband’s sperm test shows normal then you need to find out if your fallopian tubes are patent and whether you are ovulating or not. The fact that you had an ovarian cyst may affect your chances of conception dependent on whether the cyst had caused any damage to the anatomy or if the cyst was caused by endometriosis or not. It is best that you go back to your gynaecologist to find out if your fallopian tubes were tested or not.
