Probitic in pregnancy

Hi

I am abhout 8 weeks pregnant. My older children do have mild eczema. I have read that taking a probitic would lessen a child from having allergies/ eczema. Should i start taking probiotics from now on and how often.

Thank you

Hi Aya
Yes, you can start taking a probiotic now and then give it to your baby after birth. As there is some good research indicating that later allergy may be lessened.
I suggest that you take Reuter Chew Tablets, the dose is only 1 daily and once the baby comes you can use Reuteri Drops.
