Dear Anonymous
I am not sure exactly how many of the numerous probiotics available commercially are of human origin, but you can check to see if a product contains Lactobacillus and/or Bifidobacteria which would indicate human origin. You can keep viable microorganisms in the fridge to ensure that they are not exposed to very high room temperatures, which could affect their efficiency.
