Dear Martie
During antibiotic treatment it is not actually of any use to take probiotics because the antibiotics may also kill the 'good' bacteria along with the harmful bacteria. What you can do to restore your gut bacteria is to take Intestiflora After your antibiotic treatment for a month or more.
