Pressure behind eyes, fatigue, loss of libido

Hi Doc, I' m a 32 year old woman lately experiencing a feeling of pressure behind the eyeballs. This usually occurs in the morning hours and seem to get better as the day progresses. Not sure if this has anything to do with my blood pressure or sugar levels.

Also, I' m constantly tired irrespective of how much sleep I get. Not to mention that hubby is fed up with me, since my libido has totally disappeared (we have 2 young daughters).

Hallo Anon
Please see your doctor - there are a few things he should look at : blood sugar levels, thyroid function levels, iron levels and red blood cell count for starters. Some medications (contraceptive pill/ antidepressants) can cause low libido.
