prescriptions

HI there,

my clinical phychologist has advised me to take some aniti depressents, she has given me the dosage and name of the medication, however as she is not allowed to prescribe me the medication, i haev to see a GP to get it. It is so costly in cape town to see a doctor, how and what can i do?
