Prepare for pregnancy after stillbirth

Good day

I had a stillbirth 4 month ago caused by hypertension/ eclampsia. I am 27 and it was my first preganancy. Now I am very eager to get pregnant again.

I need to know when can I try to fall pregnant again and what is the best way to prepare for a SAFE pregnancy.

Thank you for your help.

You can fall pregnant any time. You should probably take low dose aspirin from 12 weeks.

Best wishes
