Pregnant/hiv/csection

i am about 5 weeks pregnant, i had a c/section in december 2007and im hiv+
is it safe for me to go through this pregnancy?

i work in johannesburg cbd, live in the sandton area - is there a specialist(hiv) gynae i can start seeing?

The caesarean is not a problem. The HIV carries the risks of infection and transmission to the baby. Most doctors deal with HIV in pregnancy. It does not need a specialist.
