pregnant - feeling "car sick"

hi, i am 4 weeks pregnant. eating balanced meals. i travel to work for about an 1 and in evening about 1 & 1/2 hours. i feel terrible driving in a car, like "car sick" is it normal and what can i do? i get to work & feel ill for awhile. anything i can do please?

Quite normal. Try eating small meals. Ginger biscuits also sometimes help.

sorry to say but yes that is normal !
there is not really anything you can do, but try the following : before you get out of bed eat a dry pice of toast, or like a marie biscuit any thing that is dry,and then get up, you can also put this in your car so that if you feel something is happening you can just eat it, try to stay away from coffee in the mornings and milk, try having something like giner ale.
