pregnant and constantly hungry

Hello, I am 15 weeks pregnant and for the past two weeks my appetite has increased very much. I want to eat a lot, but very often end up overeating and then feel sick. I had morning sickness in the first trimster and my appetite was very low, and now the morning sickness is gone but have this increased appetite. I am just a bit worried that if I don''t eat then maybe the baby will not get enough nutrients, on the other hand if I eat as much as I want then I get too sick, and probably this sickness is also not good for the baby. Can you please suggest what I should do, should I just ignore the hunger and eat as a normal person would?
