Pregnancy test?

Hi doc, I have heard that if you have experienced implantation bleeding then it would be possible for a pregnancy test to pick up a pregnancy before you actually miss your period? Could this be true?

Is there anything besides a blood test that is accurate before period is late?

Home pregnancy tests are accurate three to four weeks after conception. The best way to detect pregnancy will be by having Beta HcG blood test done, as well as a repeat test 3 days later, to assess if the Beta HcG levels have increased.
